Shipping

Public Media Market orders generally ship within 2-3 business days through USPS within the United States.

Public Media Market is not able to ship internationally at this time.

 

Timelines

  • USPS Standard: 3-5 business days to arrive
  • USPS Priority: 1-3 business days to arrive
  • USPS Priority Express: 1 business day

Order Status

To check the status of your order, log in to your Public Media Market account or email info@publicmediamarket.org with your order number for assistance. 

 

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns
Public Media Market product purchases can be returned within 30 days of order delivery. If postmarked beyond 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.  
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds cannot be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Final sale items
 
Refunds 
If your return meets the requirements, once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email from our team notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether it is eligible for refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. 

 
Exchanges 
If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at info@publicmediamarket.org and send your item to the address below. Please be sure to include your contact information and exchange request, including desired size if applicable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
 
Please note that the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live. 
 
Sometimes things get lost, so if you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
